This what the three of us, think, feel, and have to talk about. All 3 may not be part of every blog page you see in here, but then we manage. Thanking you the three of us - I, Me, Myself!

Sunday evening with friends @ Malwani
It was a sunday evening to remember, what with the teen yaar of 80s and 90s met at my little house in Malwani. Hum Teen Rashmi, main aur Shobha (in the order of our age and Rashmi is not going to like that ;-P)
Shobha, yours truly and Shobha's daughter Priti
Well! Shobha insisted I had lost weight and needed to eat right!
Jab Teen yaar mil baithey toh kuch hona zaroori hain na!!!

Mother and daughter in an analytical eating pose ;-)
The great part was Rashmi whom I had just informed in the evening itself about the meeting up, did turn up but the sad part was my camera batteries ran out hence no picture of hers sigh!!!
Hey and Rashmi and I did sing the song which way back in the 80s we used to sit atop the water tank of A-15 and sing out loud, it went as follows .. Jhoomti chali hawa yaad aaa gaya koi e ee , bujhti bujhti aaag ko phri jalaaa gaya koiee eee Jhoomti chali hawaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, yaaaaaaaaaaad aaaagayaaaa koieeee....
* Photos clicked by our friend Mahesh Datar who silently sat aside and kept listening and getting amused with our threesome triade. Preeti was okay till about 8.45pm and then finally couldnt take it any more and was in tears to leave for home. So at around 9.10 pm we all finally left back for home.
It was good! doston sey milna acchha hota hain!!!

Unholy Holi!
Waste of Precious Water,Use of Harmful Chemicals and PlasticsCutting/Mutilating Trees for the Holi Bonfire!
Is this what Holi is supposed to be according to the Shastras?
Children going to fancy CBSE, ICSE and other world schools with EVS as a subject being thought, yet out there they are busy filling little plastic bags (officially banned but like any other banned stuff easily available across the counter) with precious water and dunking each other. And the Hopeless (they call themselves Helpless) doing nothing to correct their children.
Trees are being chopped, cut, mutilated and the local Corporators instead of correcting the people are busy smiling down from illegal hoardings and banners put up by their supporters wishing 'happy Holi'
Not to mention of hitting unknown and unconcerned people with water missiles irrespective of their age, physical health state etc causing pain and harm and even distress and laughing gleefully at it.
Some Unholy Holi this is!
